As of May, 2014, I'm a little rusty as I didn't play over the winter, so probably on the low side of Intermediate. We have tennis courts in our neighborhood in South Norwalk. Synthetic surface, not perfect, but playable. These courts are usually free. Happy to play here, or meet somewhere else.
