I had just got bumped up to USTA 4.0 when I suffered an injury (hernia, fun). That was a year and a half ago. I'm probably back to playing 3.5 tennis, but I'm hoping to play a lot this summer and get back to a 4.0 level of play. But, I'm not really competitive. Even if you're a 3.0, I'm happy to just rally.
