Best time to play: currently not in Charleston

North Charleston is best for me. I am a student from Germany staying for the summer in Charleston. I have learned playing tennis at university in courses led by other students, about 3 years ago. I have never played competitively, only with friends and in the courses so far. I am not quite sure about my skill level, maybe 3.0 might be just right or maybe I'm a little better or a little weaker than that, we'll see :)
