From the age of 8 to 15 I played an average of 3 to 4 hours of tennis per day. Since then I've played on a far less regular basis, with several year-long breaks in between. More recently I've started playing 2 to 3 times per week. I prefer taking 15-20 minutes to warm up and then playing up to a full 2 hours. I prefer playing singles, but will play doubles too.
