Hello I just got back in the game after many years off picked it right back up I've been told him a 4.0 and told I am a 5.0, thats up to you. I play aggressive in my play, once the point is over it's over no BS or babies....have fun be aggressive in play Big forehead, Big Serve, the backhand I play depends on your game. I run around well, better in the next few months. I take a good 20 minutes of straight rally straight back and forth to warm up not hit winners every 5 shots...... while warming up straight down the middle like every Pro not like the wannabes LOL. Maybe 10 minutes of serves and play a game. If you're down to Rally the entire time all for that even more so. Hit me up if you want to play
