1. Sign in with your original email. Use your password or Google sign-in with the same email address. An eligible inactive account is reactivated after successful authentication.
2. Forgot your password? Request a reset using your original email address. An eligible inactive account is reactivated after you complete the reset. You can then sign in with your new password.
3. Refresh your profile. Check your city, photo, skill level and availability so other players know when and how you like to play.

A few things you might be wondering

Do I need a new account?

If you were a member before, try your original email first. Existing US and UK member records have been brought into the new app. If you cannot get in, contact our team before creating a duplicate account.

Is membership still free?

Yes. Creating a member account is free. Coaches, facilities and other providers set their own service fees; confirm those directly before booking.

Can I keep my profile private?

Yes. Your tennis and pickleball profiles have their own visibility and invitation preferences. Returning to your account does not require you to make your playing profile public.

Does returning subscribe me to marketing emails?

No. Account access and marketing permission are separate. Manage your email preferences in account settings and use unsubscribe links in campaign emails when you want to opt out.

What if I no longer have my original email?

Contact support for help with account recovery. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information through the contact form.
